From Herne Bay Railway Station, exit onto Station Road and proceed southeast towards King’s Road. Turn left onto King’s Road and continue straight until you reach The King’s Hall, which is about a 10-minute walk.

If you’ve lost your ticket, please come to the box office before the show starts with your ID, or send us an email and we will re-send your e-ticket.

We don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or credit vouchers, except when an event is cancelled by us. In this instance, full refunds are always offered.

If you would like different seats for an event you’ve already booked, please email us and we will do our best to help.

Seating Plans

Event Seating and Standing Room Information at Kings Hall

Most of our events feature seating plans in either a cabaret or theatre-style layout. If no seating plan is provided, the event is standing room only. This will be clearly specified in the event description and information. Please check TicketSource for details.

For standing room only events, we provide seats throughout the venue, including in the bar and foyer, and around the edge of the hall for customer use.

Parking

Parking Information for Kings Hall

The King’s Hall does not have a car park for customers.

There is limited on-street parking on Beacon Hill, above the King’s Hall. We have four designated parking spaces for customers with Blue Badges located immediately in front of the Hall, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

On busy show nights, vehicular access to the Hall is controlled. However, customers are welcome to use the drop-off zone at the main entrance if the disabled parking spaces are full, and then park elsewhere.
